The classes are free of charge and are
taught in small groups by a qualified physiotherapist with
all equipment provided.
Pilates is gentle, low impact exercise, focussing on stretching and strengthening the whole body to improve balance, muscle strength, flexibility and posture. It is suitable for all ages.
